Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Sanozen Foods LLP. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.  

 

Order Cancellations

Cancellations by Customer:

Since many of our items are perishable, we may not be able to accept cancellations. However, if there are any issues with the quality of the product, please contact us. We are committed to customer satisfaction. 

Cancellations by Sanozen:

We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.


Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are typically issued for the following reasons:

  • Cancelled orders.
  • Damaged or defective products upon delivery. You need to email the photo and video evidence to sanozenfoods@gmail.com.
  • Incorrect order fulfillment (e.g., wrong items delivered).
  • Issues with product quality (e.g., spoiled or stale items) - quality is the utmost important thing for us and we take all issues reported seriously and ensure the root cause is fixed immediately.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds may not be issued for reasons such as taste preferences or if the order was not picked up/received within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact us at 9550706888 or sanozenfoods@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request. For damaged or defective items, please provide photos as evidence. We will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 21 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
